How can I subscribe to Parsi Dairy Farm Milk?


  • You can subscribe at our Marine lines shop, through our website, or by downloading and registering via our mobile app. You can decrease or increase the quantity of milk at any time based on your usage, via the webite / the mobile application.

How can I make the payments?


  • You can pay via the mobile app or the website.
  • Steps:
  1. Download the app / login via your registered mobile number.
  2. Go to wallets.
  3. Enter the amount and click 'Add Amount'.
  4. Choose from multiple payment options on our payment gateway:
  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Net banking
  • UPI




I am unable to pay via mobile app.


Don't worry! You can call our team. They can send you a unique recharge link via SMS where you can proceed to pay via your Credit/Debit card, UPI or Netbanking.




Where can I see my subscriptions?


To see your subscription details, login to the website / mobile app; Go to Subscriptions from the side menu.




Can I set a vacation?


  • To set a vacation:
1. Go to 'Subscriptions' from the side menu
2. Select 'Set Vacations' against the subscription you'd like to pause
3. Select 'cancel from' date and 'cancel till' date.
  • Note : Changes for the next day need to be made by 5pm the previous working day.




How can I update my quantity for a particular date?


  • To update quantity for a particular day:
1. Go to 'Calendar' from the side menu.
2. Select the date from the calendar.
3. Change the quantity using – or + buttons.
4. Click confirm.

I have guests at home. How can I increase the quantity for a longer period?


  • To update quantity in bulk / for a longer period:
1. Go to 'Subscriptions' from the side menu.
2. Select 'Update Quantity' against the subscription you would like to update.
3. Select 'update from' date and 'update till' date.
4. Type in the quantity and click update.
  • Note : Changes for the next day need to be made by 5pm the previous working day.




How do I confirm if the changes I have made have been applied?


After any changes made, a push notification is sent on your mobile app. You can view your notification using the 'bell' icon on the top right screen of your mobile app. SMS notifications are also sent on the registered mobile number (SMS delivery subject to your network and DND status).




Is there any cancellation charge?


  • If the cancellation intimation is done before 5pm, the same will be updated in your orders. In this case, no charges would be applicable.
  • If in case the cancellation is done post 5pm or the delivery is refused to the milk delivery executive, then you will be charged for the entire order.




How can I view my monthly statement?


  • The link to your monthly statement is sent via SMS on your registered mobile number and email (if registered) in the first week of the next month.
  • Please check your email and SMS history to view your previous statements.




Can I get a refund from my wallet balance?


Refunds and transfer of wallet balance from your account to any other account will not be possible.
